Bailey’s Irish Cream Mocha Hot Chocolate
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
2 cups of Non-alcoholic Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee Creamer
¼ cup of American Heritage Historic Chocolate Drink Mix
2-3 Tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder (depending on taste)
2 teaspoon of coconut oil
• Heat creamer in microwave for 2 minutes until luke warm
• In medium sauce pan over medium heat melt chocolate, coconut oil and coffee together until syrupy. The syrup will be a little gritty from the instant expresso, as soon as you add the warm milk it will dissolve.
• Slowly add warm creamer to chocolate syrup, whisk together and continue heating until just boiling point.
• For extra frothiness, put the hot mocha chocolate drink into the blender for 10-15 seconds.
• Top with whip cream
