Looking for a great party snack? These chocolate pretzel bites are simple to make.
It combines the sweetness of the caramels with the saltiness of the pretzels that gets drenched in a bittersweet chocolate.
It’s insanely delicious!.
Chocolate Salted Pecan Caramel Pretzels Bites
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook Time 6 minutes
Cooling time: 40 minutes
Refrigerate: 1 hour
Small microwavable bowl
Preheat oven to 325 degress
Cover cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper
Line the pretzel twists on cookie sheet and place a caramel on top of each pretzel.
(You can use any caramels. I recommend the Tahana Caramels for their rich taste and size. We also sell them at Captain Jackson’s Historic Chgcoclate Shop)
Place in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and firmly place a pecan in the warm caramel and set aside to cool. (20 minutes)
In microwave safe bowl add chocolate, coconut oil, vanilla and cinnamon and microwave for one to one and half minutes and stir.
Diip the caramel pretzel into chocolate mixture or drizzle chocolate across the top of the pretzel bit and place on parchment paper to set for about 20 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
